Welcome to My Yarn Oasis! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using my website (www.myyarnoasis.com) and purchasing products from my shop. By visiting this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Use This Site

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s permission.

Products and Availability

All handmade items are created by me, and some designs (such as shirts) are fulfilled through Printify.
I do my best to keep product listings up to date, but availability may change at any time.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and the handmade nature of my work.

Payments

Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise noted (such as custom order deposits).
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
All prices are in USD.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
I reserve the right to decline custom order requests that are not a good fit for my business.

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to my Shipping Policy for processing times, carrier information, and delivery expectations.
Printify orders may ship separately from handmade items.

Returns and Refunds

Please see my Refund & Return Policy for details.
Items approved for return must be in new condition, free of odors, and in original packaging.

Patterns and Design Credits

Some plushies are made from patterns created by other designers. When this is the case, I purchase the rights to sell finished products made from those patterns.
I may follow a pattern exactly or add my own design changes and personal touches.
All photos, product descriptions, and original patterns created by My Yarn Oasis are my intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, patterns, and written content on this site are the property of My Yarn Oasis and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Changes to Offerings

Many of my plushies are one-of-a-kind creations that will not be remade once sold. Some designs may be recreated in small quantities, while others will only be available again through a custom order request. I may update, change, or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

My Yarn Oasis is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or products purchased, except as required by law.
