To get started, I’ve outlined my process and terms of service below so you know exactly what to expect as we bring your idea to life.

Steps to get Started

Decide what you want.
I can make almost anything within my style and crochet capabilities.Think about what kind of plushie you’d like—animal, fantasy creature, or something whimsical and one-of-a-kind.
Consider size, colors, and any special details that will make it yours.

Submit your Request
Use the Custom Order Form to share your idea with me. This helps me keep track of requests and makes sure nothing gets missed.
Don’t worry—we’ll work out all the details, including the price. Prices can vary depending on size, yarn, and how much time it takes to bring your plushie to life. A 40% deposit secures your spot so I can get started, and the rest is due when your plushie is finished. You're get a quote before committing to anything.

Make sure you give me all the details.
The more details, the better! Share your favorite colors, yarn textures, add-ons (like wings, horns, or a Soulnuk token), and anything else that matters to you. I know custom plushies can feel like a big commitment, but I promise you’ll get the best quality, attention to detail, and customer care every step of the way. Every piece I make is one-of-a-kind, and I want it to feel just right for you.

Confirm & Pay Deposit
Once I review your request, we will work out all the details together including size, add-ons, and an estimated timeline so we are both happy with the plan. Then I will confirm the design and send a Square invoice for a 40% deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot on my schedule. Once payment is received, I will give you an approximate timeline about when to expect your custom friend.

Work Begins
Every plushie is handmade with care. I will give you an estimated completion timeline and keep you updated if anything changes along the way.
Depending on my schedule, once I begin working on your plushie it usually takes one to two weeks to complete and prepare for shipping or delivery. If this plushie is for a special occasion, please let me know so I can make sure it will be ready on time.
I promise it is worth the wait!

Pay Final Invoice & Celebrate
When your plushie is ready, I’ll send the final invoice. Once payment is complete, I’ll carefully package up your new friend and get it ready to ship or we''ll chat and schedule a local pickup. Now, unbox, hug, and share your new creation—I’d love to see a photo of it in its new home, so don't forget to tag me on Instagram or Facebook!
Terms and Conditions

Deposits
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order. This deposit covers materials, planning time, and reserves your spot on my schedule.
The remaining balance is due before shipping or local pickup.

Timeline
Once your deposit is received, I’ll confirm your order details and provide an estimated completion date. Because each plushie is handmade and one-of-a-kind, timelines may vary slightly. I’ll always keep you informed if anything changes.
Unexpected delays such as illness, supply issues, or circumstances beyond my control may affect timelines, but communication will always be a priority.

Design & Revisions
Custom orders are a collaborative process. Once the design details are confirmed and work begins, significant changes or additions may require additional time and cost.
I work from inspiration, references, and descriptions rather than exact replicas. Slight variations are part of the handmade nature of crochet and help make each piece truly unique.

Cancelations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover materials and time spent planning your custom piece.
If you need to cancel before work has started, your deposit may be applied toward a future order at my discretion.

Payment
Deposits and final payments are sent via Square Invoice to the email address you provide. Please ensure your email is accurate so you can receive invoices without delay.
All major payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms.
