Refund and Return Policy

At My Yarn Oasis, each item is made or designed with love and care. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I will always do my best to make things right if something isn’t as expected.

Handmade Items

Because each handmade item is unique, I do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)

  • Damage caused by misuse, pets, or improper care


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can review the issue. In most cases, I can offer:

  • A repair (if possible)

  • A replacement of the same or similar item (if available)

  • Store credit for a future purchase


Condition for Returns:
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new condition — unworn, unused, free of odors (including smoke, perfume, or pet smells), and with all original packaging. Items that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Print-on-Demand Items (Shirts and Printed Goods)

For shirts and printed products made through Printify, refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The wrong size, style, or design was sent

 

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders require a 40% non-refundable deposit before work begins. This will be applied to the final cost.

  • If you cancel your order after I’ve started creating it, the deposit will be kept to cover the time and materials already used.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email myyarnoasis@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos showing the problem

 

I will respond within 3–5 business days to discuss next steps.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error or a defective product.
