Shipping Policy

At My Yarn Oasis, I want your handmade creation to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.

Order Processing

Handmade Items

  • All items made by me are processed and shipped directly from My Yarn Oasis.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Processing times are listed on each product page and may take longer.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
     

Print-on-Demand Items

  • Shirts and other printed products are designed by me but printed and shipped by Printify.

  • Processing and shipping times for these products are determined by Printify and their print partners, typically 5–10 business days for production plus carrier delivery time.

  • These items may ship separately from handmade products if you order both in the same purchase.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • For handmade items, I use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Printify items use the carriers chosen by their print partners, with tracking provided once shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Handmade items: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Printify items: Delivery times vary but are generally within 7–14 business days after production.

Delays and Service Interuptions

While I do my best to ship on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply interruptions. Printify items may also experience delays based on their production partners. I will always keep you updated if there’s a change to your order status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a handmade item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can help resolve the issue.

  • For Printify items, please notify me within 7 days so I can work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, I will assist you in contacting the carrier, but I cannot be held responsible for items confirmed as delivered.
